Packaging and Delivery Charges

Esme-Rose Occasion Wear is pleased to offer UK Mainland Delivery

My outfits are delivered beautifully wrapped with care in dress boxes and will be fully insured. They will be sent on a hanger with any beadwork protected by tissue paper and covered with a plastic garment bag. All items will be security tagged and these should remain in place and not removed until you are certain that you wish to keep the item. Removal may result in not being able to return an item for a refund.

Hats and fascinators will be sent in hat boxes and carefully packed with tissue paper into a larger box. If you purchase a hat or fascinator with an outfit these will be packed in the same box as your outfit.

Shoes and handbags will be sent separately in their boxes, unless you purchase with an outfit, in which case they will be packed in the same box.

Because of the cost of insuring the outfits and accessories I am unable to offer a lot of discount when purchasing multiple outfits but I will try my best to reduce the cost as much as I can for you.

For more than one outfit or a different combination of items please contact me for a postage quote at quoting the stock numbers of the items you require.

I use quality products so that my items arrive with you in perfect condition. I use Parcelforce and Hermes to ship my items and they are fully tracked and insured and will require a signature.

You will be kept fully informed by email or text during the dispatch and delivery process.

Once your online purchase has been taken to the courier you will receive an automated email from my website with the tracking details and expected arrival day.

Parcelforce and Hermes will also send you updates on your delivery and give you options to reschedule or to leave with a neighbour or in a safe place. Please do not accept deliveries where the box is clearly damaged. Instead please sign as damaged and ask the driver to return to sender.

Both courier companies will post a card through if no one is at home to accept the delivery and you will then have options to re schedule for a more convenient date and time.

I will take the upmost care when packaging your items, however once with the courier I cannot be sure of how sensitively your parcel will be handled. If you have any problems please get in touch with me by email immediately.
