Returns Policy
We understand that buying such a special outfit online isn’t without its difficulties. Therefore, we are happy to offer a 7 day returns policy. The 7 days starts from the time I am notified that the parcel has been delivered.
If the outfit isn’t to your taste or doesn’t fit, whatever your reason, then please contact me immediately by email at info@esme-roseoccasionwear.uk and we can start a returns request.
We want to you look and feel good on your special day so please don’t worry about returning any item, all we ask is that the security tags have not been removed or tampered with and that the outfit is in the same condition as you received it in with no damage, make up stains, perfume smells or fake tan marks.
Please do not try shoes on outside or on hard floors that may mark the soles. If you wish to see them in natural light please stand on a towel or similar.
Items are returned at your cost and must be sent in their original packaging, fully tracked and insured to the value of the items. We will talk you through this process once you have made email contact with us.
We aim to offer a full refund (excluding return postage costs) within 48hrs of the items being received back. The money will be returned to the same card/account that you paid with.
