All our items are stored in boxes and/or covered with garment bags. The items have been cleaned and inspected for damage at the point they were placed in the bags and boxes so will not have been opened or handled outside their packaging when you receive them.
If an item has been tried on in the studio then it will be steamed and quarantined for 72 hours before it can then be posted out.
Likewise, all return items will be cleaned and quarantined in the same manner before they can then be re offered for sale.
